Our Mission
Norwalk Youth Carver Basketball will organize, promote and operate youth basketball teams for Norwalk boys grades 2nd thru 8th, with the specific mission of providing athletes in the program with the opportunity to:

• Compete in organized travel basketball games in the Fairfield County Basketball League (www.fcblhoops.org)
• Improve their basketball skills through weekly basketball practices.
• Develop positive social and personal qualities through team participation.
• Receive academic support and encouragement.
• Develop understanding and become involved with the diverse Norwalk community.
• Understand and learn the game of basketball the way it is meant to be played.
• Provide a great experience to both players and parents while accomplishing all of the above

Norwalk Youth Carver will compete in the FCBL.  The season will run from the 1st week of December thru the 2nd week of March.  Each team will practice 2 nights a week and play between 20-25 games throughout the season.  Games will be played on the weekends and practices will be during the week.
